Coffee Cup Two ☕
You ever heard of having the power without the understanding of how to use it? If a person is going to assume power over something, they must know how to use it with common sense and not abuse it. Well...there are people out there in the world who want everything easily handed down to them on a silver platter. That's because they don't have the slightest idea how to go by earning what they want without hurting others in the process. Abused Authority is what not to do if you want to earn some ones respect. Learning how to work hard for it in order to receive it respectively; people in general will learn to follow you and listen to you with respect and without haste against you.
It seems that people get stepped on and stepped over because of greed and money. "That for me is totally disrespectful!" Is it because of certain ex. family members in my extended family seem to want their way and the highway and the financial stability they want like to gain access to? There is a saying out there, I think most people maybe familiar with this term, "The little man means nothing to the big man who assumes the power over everything and everybody in their paths." What will it take for the little man to pick himself up after being stepped over by the big man? Should they grow a pair, or stop being thrown under a bus all the time? For people with trust, faith and belief it GOD and his son JESUS, it takes prayer, patience and perseverance to assume the power of respect spiritually.
"The three 'ppp' are the most important." This is why so many people abuse authority for a strong leadership they don't quite understand fully. Without prayer, trust and belief in GOD and his son JESUS, how can anyone receive a blessing in assuming power, when all the power belong to our pilots above? It's never abused; it's always perfect! This is also where the loss of respect for those that are disrespected by those mortals higher than thou in their minds and in their heart coming into terms with their indiscretion.
Once that happens...what little, or an ounce of respect the culprit, or culprits had for themselves is completely gone forever because of ignorance, feeble-mindedness, disrespect and no common sense. There's no particular way of retrieving and earning respect from those mortals stepped over in abundance of greed, money and completely with no common sense from the ones who thought they knew how to obtain authority without abusing it. This is why I say to everyone observing, viewing, posting, or replying to this post, know the facts of leadership, understand what it takes to handle it; know what you're doing in order to receive it. As a matter of fact...earn it respectively without flaws, indiscretion, ignorance, or feeble-mindedness, trying to underhanded take authority without permission and abusing it. That's if you want keep that small ounce of respect and dignity for yourself.
Respect will be given back abundantly
How would you obtain authority without knocking someone down under your feet, or without throwing them under a bus with disrespect? What do you think? Sound off with this post in an open discussion.
